From the first conversation, it felt like we were friends (I'm not exaggerating), which put me at ease and gave me a feeling of trust. She listened patiently and worked around my schedule for viewings and questions. During the process, she made the right calls to the right people. One Friday afternoon, right before a long weekend (no communication with the bank until Monday), an issue involving a significant amount of money arose, and I panicked. Elizabeth called the right people and, when they weren't available, went up the supervisory chain to get an answer by the end of the day! This issue would have been a dealbreaker, plus I was unable to make calls at work, and she worked fast and effectively. It saved me an entire weekend of stress, and I could not be more grateful. I honestly felt like I was her only client, and she had my best interest at heart. With Elizabeth, you will get honesty, responsiveness, and helpfulness. Homebuying is one of the most stressful experiences, but Elizabeth made it actually enjoyable.

It was a pleasure working with Elizabeth, and I would highly recommend her. On the first day we met to discuss my home preferences, we ended up putting in an offer for my dream home.
